Ms Mtati

When it comes to the impact the Edufundi programme has had on her, Ms. Mtati states that she does group teaching, has learned how to plan effectively and how to maximise learner participation in her lessons. All in all, she believes Edufundi has been influential in improving her classroom management skills.

 

Ms. Mtati believes that after learning and implementing the Teach Like a Champion techniques, that it is necessary for every teacher to know and utilise the techniques. She has noticed that since being under the guidance of Edufundi mentor, Lumka Ndlungwana, she is able to handle learner discipline and work through the different needs of learners. She also believes she can have a good structured lesson instead of a lecture style one.
