Lockdown helped me to introspect and I realized that I needed to develop my skills as a coach to interact confidently in my occupation. I experienced fear from the thought of starting something new, but soon realized that courage is the answer to continuous development. I registered and did a Transformative Coach Training and learnt that for all of us, self-awareness is key to understanding the way you think, feel and act.
The course taught me that as human beings we are powerful in bringing about change in life through our actions. I believe that it is through the use of the knowledge we have that we should help ourselves, so that through our own experiences we can help others.
It happened with me, the knowledge became more powerful as soon as I used it for myself when I was in a loss frame due to illness and bereavement.
I asked myself, “What would you like to have happen?” and all the positive and possible thoughts and feelings came to mind and helped me to craft the way forward and lift myself up to energy and life.
So, who you are impacts your actions and they will in turn impact the results. It is important to use this time to keep in touch, to share and put your knowledge to actions.
