In Term Three, the Teach Like a Champion programme places a strong emphasis on two techniques: 'checking for understanding' and building a positive 'culture of error.'

A pivotal aspect of the Support Programme involves lesson observations and feedback sessions immediately following each lesson. Initially, it can be somewhat intimidating for teachers to have someone in their classroom, observing them. However, after the initial few lessons, teachers quickly realize that these observations are meant to provide support rather than judgment.

Can the teaching techniques we impart truly become ingrained in a school's culture long after our direct involvement? The answer is a resounding yes! And Lion Park stands as a testament to this.
